About EERI Committees
Introduction
The Board of Directors recognizes that great reliance is placed on the work of committees to further EERI's goals. Therefore, it is the policy of EERI to encourage and facilitate the work of the Institute's committees (Article XVII, Bylaws).
EERI Administrative and Technical Committees are established by and report to the Board of Directors. The President or Board appoints the chair of each. The Vice President assists the Board by monitoring activities and recommending needed changes to policy, structure and operations. The staff supports and assists the activities of all Committees. The President appoints a Board contact member to monitor activities of each and report to the Board.
