USGS EARTHQUAKE BULLETIN

This is the anticipated Parkfield earthquake. This area has been the focus of intensive research since the 1980's, and data generated by this earthquake will provide a very detailed view of a large earthquake on the San Andreas fault. Initial reports can be found on the CISN site below.
