	Well, I was going to welcome everyone to bright, sunny fun loving LB, but since the sun hasn’t come out yet, I just welcome you to fun loving Long Beach. Its my pleasure to be here with you today, and in particular to talk about some of the research that we have been doing at one of the research centers, MCEER in Buffalo on the use of satellite imagery for response and recovery.
