ORDERING MONOGRAPHS, VIDEOS AND OTHER MEDIA FROM EERI

Most of the products in the Publications Catalog can be ordered online through the EERI Online Store.  If you wish instead to order products by fax or mail, simply download our order form (PDF), fill it out and either fax it in (1-510-451-5411) or mail it to us at EERI / 499 14th St., Suite 320 / Oakland CA / 94612-1934.

The shipping charge for slides sets, videotapes, and CD-ROMs is $5 for the first item, and $2 each additional All printed materials are shipped UPS ground or 1st class mail at the following shipping & handling rate:

Terms & Special Handling

Orders are normally shipped the week they are received. Phone or fax orders are taken with credit card only (VISA or MasterCard). Special handling such as overnight delivery or shipment by other means must be arranged in advance with the EERI staff. Purchaser must remit sufficient funds to cover the additional cost or authorize the additional amount on credit card.

EERI sells its publications at no profit. Many publications were supported in full or in part by the National Science Foundation and/or Federal Emergency Management Agency. We do not accept returns on any publication. Only authorized exchanges and replacements due to damage are honored, otherwise all sales are final.
