- Terms & Special Handling
- Orders are normally shipped the week they are received. Phone or fax orders are taken with credit card only (VISA or MasterCard). Special handling such as overnight delivery or shipment by other means must be arranged in advance with the EERI staff. Purchaser must remit sufficient funds to cover the additional cost or authorize the additional amount on credit card.
- EERI sells its publications at no profit. Many publications were supported in full or in part by the National Science Foundation and/or Federal Emergency Management Agency. We do not accept returns on any publication. Only authorized exchanges and replacements due to damage are honored, otherwise all sales are final.
- Once you've received your catalog and wish to place an order or have seen a product online and would prefer to order through the mail, download our order form below and mail or fax it back to EERI as descbribed above.
