  • Meeting Summary:

    The 2017 Annual Meeting took place March 7-10, 2017 in Portland, Oregon. Attended by more than 325 meeting attendees and 275 undergraduates participating in the Seismic Design Competition, it proved to be a lively and informative event.

    The technical program was built around the meeting theme, "The Really Big One: Road to Resilience”. 6 plenary sessions, 15 special sessions, and 2 poster sessions took place during the meeting. The program also included a FEMA E-74 Training, Post Earthquake Reconnaissance Workshop (PERW), and a walking tour of Portland State University and the infrastructure Seismic Testing and Applied Research (iSTAR) Lab.
