Each EERI Student Chapter is required to submit an annual report. The report should be created from the template below so it includes sections about mission & vision, membership, budget & financials, chapter activities, seismic design competition team, and election results.

Annual reports should be submitted electronically via the submission form by June 1st.
Note that the submission form requires the inclusion of the names and contact information for chapter officers and chapter advisers. These names will be used to update the webpage of student chapters and EERI Staff's chapter officers contact list.
